The Space:

Step inside to a spacious, welcoming layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen connect seamlessly, creating a bright, airy setting made for both unwinding and hosting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender — everything you need to cook a real meal or whip up your morning coffee. The adjoining dining area is the perfect spot to share home-cooked meals with family and friends.



Both bedrooms are outfitted with a queen bed, sleeping up to 4 guests across the apartment's 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High-speed WiFi, an HD TV with Roku, and a ductless mini-split A/C system keep things comfortable throughout, while a record player and ping pong table round out the entertainment for a relaxed afternoon in.



Rinse off the sand at the private outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and come and go with ease through your own independent entrance — just steps from Ocean Park's shoreline.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas. Check-in is fully self-guided via keypad lock, and the apartment has its own independent entrance, separate from the main building access. Free on-site parking is available (first come, first served), with free street parking nearby as a backup option.

Getting Around:

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 11 minutes away by car. Condado is roughly 9 minutes away, and Old San Juan is about 18 minutes away, making it easy to explore beyond the neighborhood. A car or rideshare is the most convenient way to get around, and guests have several reliable options: rideshare apps like Uber, rental cars for full flexibility, or metered taxis readily available throughout San Juan. Ocean Park itself is very walkable, with the beach, cafes, and restaurants all within a short stroll.

Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico



Electricity Management: Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages can occur from time to time. We have a backup generator so you're never left in the dark, though its runtime depends on responsible use. During an outage, we recommend limiting higher-draw items — A/C, microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and chargers — so the generator lasts as long as possible for everyone.

Water Supply: Water outages are uncommon, and we're prepared with backup water tanks on-site. If an external service interruption happens, we recommend using water only for the essentials and pausing the washing machine until service is restored.

Hurricane & Storm Policy: We want your stay to be safe, but weather is out of our control. No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations; however, in the event of a storm, we're happy to help you reschedule, subject to calendar availability.
