Please note: Puerto Rico can experience occasional power or water outages; a water cistern is available to provide backup water when needed. The lively atmosphere of the area may include some street noise, and tropical insects can make an appearance—earplugs and

keeping lights off at night can help ensure a peaceful rest.

To help prevent plumbing issues, please flush only toilet paper in moderate amounts. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or any other items down the toilet. Please dispose of these items in the trash bins provided. Thank you for helping us prevent clogs and plumbing issues.



🔇 Noise

The property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.



🚭 Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for any smoking-related violations.



💡 ❄️ Air Conditioning & Lights

When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and set the A/C to a higher temperature or turn it off when possible. This helps conserve energy and supports our sustainability efforts.
