"Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing."

"Overall, this property met our needs. The location worked well for the golfers in the group and is close to the small shops in the Marina and the market in the shopping district. It was very clean and it was so easy to get chairs and umbrellas at the pool. If we were to change just one thing, it would be the size of the beds in the two secondary bedrooms (they were listed as queen size beds, but to us they were not queen size beds, but standard size beds -- hard for two adults to sleep in for...

"Tucked on a hillside overlooking Ixtapa, the villas are a peaceful spot to settle in to after your day at the beach. Most days started with the 4.5 km walk in to the main market area near the resorts , along a biking/walking pathway between Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. Cab rides home at nite typically cost 120 pesos , Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy king size. Owner and staff were quick to respond to any requests , including laundry if you’re staying longer."

"Slight delay with check in but small error was fixed. Bikes were not fit for riding and that was one question we did not get answered and bikes were a reason we chose this property. So we rented bikes and rode. Bike paths are great as is bus system. Communication was solid otherwise. Pool and outdoor area well maintained. BBQ needed supplies. Interior was as advertised and clean. Extra maid service was appreciated. Location is good. If you don’t like public transportation or biking, taxis are...

"La casa es bonita, tiene espacio para dos autos y una alberca limpia. También está bien equipada para poder cocinar, asar afuera el carbón y pasarla bien. Los cuartos, los baños y la cocina necesitan mantenimiento, las puertas de la recámara y el baño la planta baja se cierran con seguro por fuera y hay que llamar a al servicio para que las abra. Beatiful place, terrible service
"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too. The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. We wrote the age before we paid…. In the end, they understood, that we had already paid for 4 adult in advance… During the stay, the reception seemed indifferent when we got back to the hotel, often not even looking up, at times not there. Mandatory to wear pink armbands during the stay, hate it. Loooong waiting time at breakfast, which we paid for. Not enough service around the pool. We had, previous to our 6 days at Irma, spend 6 days in a hotel less than half the Price of Irma, also in Zihuatanejo, their service was easily twice as good ! So were their attention towards their guests ! Our opinion is, that Irma lives from their location, not their hotel skills. "
