Our house is neat, bright, modern, with all utilities included (fast wifi, water/electric, bi-weekly gardening service). It's ideal for 14 guests.

The location provides easy access to the highway, downtown SanJose, Avaya stadium, SanJosé State University, SAP Center at SanJose, SantaClara University and the SanJose International Airport, which are all within a 5-10 minute drive.There’s plenty of access to eateries, grocery stores and fun activities. Street Parking only.

**We will contact you prior your arrival to provide you with check in information, including a passcode to enter the house, parking and a WiFi password for internet access**

The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced.

There are a total 10 cameras outside of the entire house, 3 security cameras surrounding the back side, 4 surrounding the front yard, and 3 at the back yard (No Backyard access). All of them are recording 24/7 hours for the guest safety and security purposes.

There is an attached studio to the house which is also completely private and is rented out separately and it will not cause any interference to the guests.

NOISE DECIBEL METER:
We use a noise decibel meter that detects sound levels of the property. If this meter is triggered from a party or we receive a noise complaint, you will receive 1 warning and then we will escort you and your party off premise. NO REFUNDS and $500 FINE.

Early Bird Check-in:
Depending upon availability, early check in starts at 1pm for $30/hr.

Late Check-out:
Depending upon availability, late check-out time is available until 2pm for $30/hr.
