Your suite also offers fast mesh WiFi, smart TV, genuine leather recliner sofa, laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen perfect for extended stay. The suite will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

You will be able to self check-in, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.

To ensure we have a safe and secure place for everyone staying with us. Please keep the door locked at all times. The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Airbnb app who will be visiting you during your stay in advanced.

Please note this house still has the original wood flooring dated back in the 1870s, but we did design the space to compliment the old world characters.

You are staying in the rear part of the house, the rest of the house are shared with other Airbnb guests. Since the house was built in the 1870s, the walls are really thick and well insulated. The only time you could potentially hear the other guests is when someone fall or jump on the 2nd floor. We do ask all of our guests to honor the quiet time, so we can make sure everyone gets a restful sleep. Because of the potential interferences, we do offer disposable ear plugs (free) per request for people who are light sleepers.

Please be mindful that your thermostat controls for the entire house (AC/Heat), please keep the temperature within the comfortable range between 68-75 Fahrenheit.

There should be plenty of parkings in the neighborhood, please don't block neighbor's driveway.
