Mykonos Bay Resort at Zippers Surf Break

Our home is a corner unit (404A) 2-bed 2-bath that is located on the 4th floor at Mykonos Beach Resort allowing for breathtaking views of the entire Costa Azul beach and bay. Enjoy the view from either of two balconies or watch the surf break, Zippers, from your living room though large windows that frame Zippers beach and Palmilla point. This unit features beautifully done upgrades throughout to give a modern and functional style to the home. Ocean front cozy and spacious condominium walking distance to restaurants and 4-5 minute Uber into San Jose’s lively downtown art area. Full kitchen should you decide to dine in. Tours and sport rentals available from numerous concierge service providers in the area. Information and guide available in our personal guide located in the condo. Mykonos Bay condos offer 3 oceanfront pools (2 heated). The 25 meters long unheated pool is perfect or swimming laps while the larger heated pool is also long enough for laps. A hot tub, fire pit and lots of lounging areas, all with a great view and direct access to the beach are shared with only 72 units. Gated and secure grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained. A spacious, well equipped gym overlooks the ocean with outdoor training areas. Tennis and Pickle-ball too. Fully wheelchair accessible.

Perfect in every way
The condo was clean, well-stocked, and conveniently located with gorgeous beach views. We had a question on one of the light controls and received an immediate reply. The tv allowed for streaming and the parking was easily accessible. Great experience and would definitely rent again.

This is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed here in Mexico and we used to live here. We really appreciated the elevator now that we’re in our 70’s. Belen was great when we called to ask a question! Hola mi amiga y gracias 🌴

Amazing ocean view and beachfront
An experience out of this world. From the booking, the communication with Belen, the ease of entrance to the property, the advice, the apartment, the welcome beers and guacamole, nachos, the departure and the reassurance of Belen to follow up for any questions were absolute 11 out 10!!! I would highly recommend Belen and Marcus jewel! A must to visit!

Beach front paradise
This condo unit 404A has the best location and view of the beach. The grounds were beautiful and clean. This is a quiet complex which we appreciated. Older group of friendly people. If you are there on Fridays, the Fish Lady comes to the parking lot at 1:00. Very fresh fish/seafood and very reasonable. I made the mistake of buying too much therefore we did not go out for dinner as much as I would have liked! The balconies are very private at this unit and the ocean breeze is a delight! I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Lovely condo, spectacular views!
Stayed here for a week in January with my husband and two daughters (16 and 20) and we were so glad to start and end our days in this lovely condo! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Located in a quiet resort near to San Jose Del Cabo and right on the beach the resort’s architecture is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. We spent time in the pools and the hot tubs almost every day. Felt very safe and serene no loud parties just friendly and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. This unit in particular is ideally located on the 4th floor on a corner so the ocean and beach views and natural light were outstanding - even better than the photos online. Very comfortable furnishings and the beds (both kings!) and bedding were incredibly comfortable which can be rare in a rental. Belen was very responsive the few times we needed something and she made us feel right at home. When our flight home was delayed - twice! - she generously extended our check out time. Thanks for hosting us Belen! Hope to be back soon.

It is well appointed, clean and quiet, with a nice view on the 4th floor. Wonderful to have beer, guacamole and salsa in the fridge after a long trip. Nice location with pools, hot tub and quiet beach. Bene was very helpful when I called with questions.

Wonderful!
Spectacular beachfront unit in very nice boutique property. The suite is absolutely lovely, facing the ocean, with excellent restaurants in easy walking distance along the beach on either side. The hosts are super-nice, communication is quick and uncomplicated - all in all an awesome experience.

Does not get any better!
The perfect condo on one of the most beautiful stretches of white sand in all of Los Cabos. The only sound you will hear continuously is the crashing of the nearby waves. Central, well-appointed, and only 25 minutes from the airport. This reasonably priced vacation property is definitely worth every penny.

Super great stay!
This place is amazing, exactly what I was looking for! The location was fab, the apartment was super clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. I was expecting great views based on the photos of the listing but the reality exceeded the expectation, wow! Belen was an awesome host, very helpful and available to answer to all my questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the extra touches. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with homemade guacamole and chips. Everything needed for a beach day was available, 2 coolers, inflatables, beach chairs, even kids life vests and kid floaties though we didn’t use them. We appreciated having the basics to cook with oils and some spices, filtered water in the fridge. The views in this condo were phenomenal with 2 balconies, ocean views from the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Plenty of space for a family of 4. All the comforts needed for an amazing stay. Comfy beds, an air conditioner which was definitely needed to beat the heat and humidity. We felt safe behind security gates monitored 24/7 by security guards. We did use the gym. Washing machine and dryer was a plus with plenty detergent. The pool area was really nice with 2 pools, both facing the ocean. Bbq available if needed. Please note we are avid travelers and have stayed in many places throughout the world and as far as condos this one we highly recommend. Also appreciated Belen contacting us to check up on our stay, gracias Belen. We will definitely be back. Hasta la próxima!

Summer getaway
Can’t beat the views of this property as well as the direct access to the beach. My 16 year old even found the sunrise so stunning that he would get up at 5:30 am to watch from balcony or beach. Great location. Wonderfully appointed with everything you need.

Beautiful location
The condo was the perfect for us and our teen son. The views were amazing, I could sit on the balcony and watch my son surf. We spent a lot of time at the pool and used the gym as well, which is not air conditioned just fyi, but we didn’t mind, there’s a ton of fans in there. Belen was very easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay

Absolutely a lovely condo! From the moment we stepped inside and saw the blue water from the living room, we never wanted to leave. The condo was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. There was a bowl of salsa and a bowl of guacamole in the fridge for us as well. Owners are very responsive and so easy to work with. Quiet grounds, beautiful pool area as well. Will most certainly stay again!!
