Welcome to Casa Carlson!

This 3 bedroom luxurious penthouse condo is located in the exclusive brand new complex Soleado! You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- closed Tuesday. This property is exactly what you are looking for - the Perfect Cabo Vacation!

Everything in Casa Carlson is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!

The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom.

You will have WIFI available as well.

The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.

Everything was lovely except for no running water water for the first 20 hours...no showers or flushing the toilets. It was finally fixed and the rest of our stay was great.

This amazing location was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved our rooftop pool and lounge area - perfect way to end each day. The property manager Kristen and Federico were very helpful, too. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful Condo and great location

Over-all we really enjoyed our stay. We researched location and decided we wanted to stay closer to San Jose Del Cabo (not Cabo). Our research was 100% accurate as San Jose Del Cabo was quieter and much more enjoyable for how we like to vacation. The condo was in a great location and we could take Ubers everywhere we wanted to go. Grocery store was close and downtown square was about a 5-10 minute ride. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. We enjoyed the rooftop lounging area and pool in the evenings and the condo pool during the day. We were mesmerized by the surfers that were always out in the ocean from sunrise to sunset. All of the amenities needed for cooking and making frozen drinks were in the condo. The water filtration system was very much appreciated. The condo general areas were super clean as well and quiet. Great little restaurant a short walk down the beach we would recommend (Zippers). We also went to Flora Farms and Come a Casa (homemade italian) and both were awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to my friends and family. I had asked the property manager a few questions very early on (a month or two prior to reservation) and didn't get a response but once we were three days out they were much more responsive.

Beautiful location and beach

Great condo over looking the beach. Sat and Sun music from the Arroyo river under the freeway under pass was unbearable!! Constant all night long, No sleep for the front bedroom. Don’t stay there on a weekend! The condo had great amenities. Private pool and pool and jacuzzi on the property. Easy access to the beach. Uber works great there! Air conditioners need adjustments they were very load. Everyone had a good time. The condo also had boogie boards, snorkels and mask. Beach chairs too. Overall great stay.

Cabo trip

Beautiful place. Federico, the property manager was amazing. Professional, friendly and responsive. He truly made our stay fabulous. The only downside of the location is the loud music from the vendors/beachgoers next to the condo. Otherwise, great experience

Perfect!

We were in town for a wedding at Acre. so needed to be closer to San Jose. We have been coming to Cabo for many years but have never stayed in this area. We loved it! The condo has everything and more than you can need, well except I would have loved a small safe to lock up valuables. We walked to Zippers a few times for breakfast and lunch, took ubers to town and enjoyed the morning sunrises! What a great spot! Thank you so much

Great place!

Our family loved our stay here. They had everything we needed and more. We loved the rooftop pool for winding down at the end of the day! The views were awesome, especially great for watching the sunrise. The nearby beach is not a good place for inexperienced swimmers or those looking for a gentle place to relax in the ocean as the surf is pretty rough and there are some rocky areas. But this is a fantastic area for surfers and my older very adventurous kids loved boogie boarding (rental very close-by) in areas where there were no rocks. It wasn't at all crowded during our stay so was a great place to relax on the beach, walk in the sand, and enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean without getting in. The concierge was very helpful in getting us set up with some activities!

Amazing!

My kids and I LOVED our stay at the Carlson casa! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s just a short walk to the beach through the property. Kristen the property manager arranged all our excursions, including transportation, groceries upon our arrival and a welcome snack. Her and Pablo were great at communicating should we need anything. We didn’t end up renting a car, but we were able to get Ubers pretty quickly. There are two restaurants within walking distance from the condo if you don’t feel like cooking. They provided beach towels, umbrella and boogie boards to you to use. Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Phenomenal property.

This property exceeded all expectations. Check in with smooth, the amenities at the property are five star. Hard to decide whether to go to your private pool or downstairs to the pool on the beach. Literally one of the nicest beaches in Cabo right out your front door. If you are planning to cook while you were there, the kitchen was well appointed. There is a large grocery store three minutes north that has everything. Again, I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

The property was really nice. Excellent views and wonderful top floor patio and pool. The beach was great not crowded, easy spot to swim and snorkel. Surf was slow when we were there but the morning of check out it was good. Good short board spot- down the beach was a break better for beginners. The common areas were really nice as well. Loved our vacation there look forward to going back !

Fantastic property, wonderful stay

Stayed here on a combination business/pleasure trip. The condo itself was wonderful. The view from the balcony plus the private roof patio and pool were awesome. Watching the sun rise and seeing all the surfers gather to catch waves was a great experience and very memorable. The layout involves all three bedrooms running along a hallway with the living area/kitchen at the end of the unit where it opens up into the balcony. There is a bathroom that connects between the two smaller bedrooms and then the master bedroom suite which opens into the living area but can be separated by a movable wall. A few very minor nitpicks: we could not lock the movable wall and the bedroom closest to the entrance gets a lot of light (faces west) so sleeping may be an issue if you need a very dark room. Shades would have helped but that was a minor issue. Also, the bathroom fixtures are a little worn with minor cosmetic issues but nothing that would bother us. Lots of supplies for cooking, beach, and pool activities, so not a lot of need to get basics if you plan on cooking meals. The place was very clean, and communication was excellent. They had some excellent recommendations for cooking, grocery delivery, and were responsive to everything. The location was great - away from huge crowds and on a relatively quiet beach, but close to supermarkets and the two towns. Would absolutely stay there again! Thanks for having us!

Breathtakingly beautiful!

My husband and I, and our adult children throughly enjoyed our stay! The overall wow factor stayed with us throughout our time. The thoughtful interior included spaces to spread out or come together and made it a tranquil setting for the 5 of us We loved the view on both decks and enjoyed the private pool. We grilled fish on the upper deck that we caught in the morning and enjoyed it overlooking the ocean. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pablo made us so very welcome when he greeted us and showed us around. The music down the street, on the weekend, was as described in other reviews but it will not deter us from coming back. The rest of the time it was quiet. The bedrooms were comfortable and cool. The building was gorgeous, the staff very friendly and helpful, the beach was clean and the Ocean waves were dramatic. I hope to book this unit again in the future!

Surfers paradise

The best week here at casa Carlson! Everything was amazing, clean, and well thought out in this perfect condo. Being able to watch the surf all day long was perfect for us. Very clean and well kept! Loved how they had beach towels, chairs, anything you could think of. Only suggestion is to have an umbrella up on the deck! That would make it so much more enjoyable by the pool when it’s hot out. Pablo was great as well.

Amazing Cabo Penthouse

We had a great 4 night stay at Casa Carlson. We have stayed at another property at this location and were familiar with it. Casa Carlson is a penthouse with a rooftop deck and splash pool, that was the only difference with the other property. Pablo greeted us like last time. He showed us the ropes. The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. The front door lock was the only tricky part and Pablo took care of it. We would definitely come back here.

Fantastic views and location!

We stayed for a week to attend a family wedding nearby. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 adults. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and the surfers in the am. The pool and beach are lovely and we found the onsite staff and rental contact to be very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. We can’t wait to return!
