Casa Alba is nestled within a gated enclave of the ultra-chic Puerto Los Cabos resort, one of the newest and most exclusive communities on the Baja Peninsula. Just minutes from the quiet charm of San José del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos enjoys a beautiful, peaceful setting, ideal for those seeking a relaxing, very private vacation experience.
"Alba" meaning dawn in Italian and Spanish - symbolizing new beginnings, light, and serenity – reflecting the experience enjoyed by guests of the villa. Deriving from the Latin for "white, which echoes the light colored, Mediterranean aesthetic and peaceful ambiance of the home.
During your stay at this elegant villa, you also have access to the services and amenities available at the exclusive Fundadores Beach Club.

Understated luxury
Casa Alba accommodates up to 12 guests, with 5 of the 6 bedrooms offering breathtaking views to the ocean.
The interiors embody understated luxury. No expense has been spared, with the bespoke kitchen and bar designed and built in Italy, and the stylish furniture and lighting also sourced from Europe. In combination with the architecture, the result is a different vibe to most other properties in the area.
All bedrooms feature crisp white linens, tastefully complemented by cushions and throws in earthy tones of orange and green. 3 of the bedrooms have King beds (1,2 & 3) with bedroom 4 offering a modern take on the bunkbed (single and double beds), bedroom 5 has a queen bed and another two queens in the garden room (bedroom 6). All offer newly fitted bathrooms, with bedrooms 1, 3, and 5 also having outdoor showers.
For your added comfort a digital TV, bedside charging stations, Alexa speakers, and an in-room safe can be found in each bedroom.
The open concept living and dining area, makes the most of the stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The layout of Casa Alba engenders an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Whilst there is zoned air conditioning throughout, guests can also slide back the floor to ceiling windows and let the refreshing sea breeze blow through the house. Grab a yoga mat and head out to the terrace for salutations as the sun comes up!
Entertaining space
Feeling sociable? Prepare pre-dinner drinks at the in-house bar, complete with wine fridge and icemaker, whilst streaming your favourite play list across the Sonos system. Then dine at Villa Alba’s large, circular table, seating 12, with food prepared in the spacious gourmet kitchen, fitted with a Bosch cooktop, and Miele fridge, dishwasher, and multi-function ovens. Step inside the walk-in pantry to find a Samsung Smart fridge & freezer, water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, blender, air fryer and even an ice-cream maker.

At Casa Alba, the entertaining space extends outside onto the expansive terrace, with another 12-seater table located next to the outdoor kitchen, complete with a Wolf gas grill and sink. Enjoy the heated pool, jacuzzi or lay in one of the lounge chairs shaded by large beach umbrellas. Then, after playing ping pong or foosball at the house, relax and enjoy a glass of rosé in the shaded seated area or sundowners around the firepit, then head inside to the media room and watch a movie.
Note: the entertaining space, bedrooms 3, 4, and 5, and pool/outdoor dining area are all wheelchair accessible

Beach Club and Golf
As guests of Casa Alba, you have access to the Fundadores private beach-front club. A 5-minute stroll or quick ride in the golf cart, you can opt to work out in the spacious, air conditioned, gym; sit poolside sipping cocktails or a healthy, post-exercise smoothie; or enjoy the excellent food in the restaurant, including stone baked pizzas and tacos. For the golfers, there two world-class golf courses designed by greats Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman nearby the property.
