The second bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom ideal for couples or families.



The fully equipped modern kitchen makes it easy to cook for yourself or have a cosy breakfast with a view of the sun.



Location surroundings

Casa Velapi is within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor such as Los Narejos, Los Palmeras and El Espejo. The area is also buzzing: whether you like walking, cycling, golfing or simply want to enjoy the sun, nature and local markets, Los Alcázares has it all.



Cosy bars, restaurants and boutiques are 500 metres away, and on Tuesdays and Saturdays you can stroll around the colourful local market. Just 8 km away you will find the Dos Mares shopping centre, accessible via rural roads.

You will also find gyms and Padel courts nearby.
