The house is not as advertised. Listing shows bedroom 3 with a queen bed and double futon and double futon in the living area. There is only one futon in the living area, none in bedroom 3. The light in the main bath was flickering and very dim. I messaged the host and let him know. He responded and apologized and said his wife would change it the next day. We were gone most of the next day and got back late. The light had not been changed. I again messaged the host and explained that the light was urgently needed as we had a wedding to attend the next day and we needed the light to be able to apply our makeup. He responded three hours later, apologized, and said it would be changed tomorrow. His wife came mid-morning the next day and replaced the bulb. There is so much noise in the family residence upstairs; running, stomping, children noise; etc. The hand soap bottle in one of the baths was empty. There was only one box of tissues in the living area for the whole house. Pots and pans are inadequate. No coffee mugs, just coffee cups so small you have to refill it every eight sips. Only two coffee filters. No kitchen towels, just paper towels. Noisy refrigerator. One hand towel was cut in half, which I felt was insulting after paying so much. No remote for TV in main bedroom. No mirrors except in bathrooms and one in main bedroom. On the plus side, beds were comfy and location is nice. And, my daughter had a beautiful wedding at Golden Gate Park. I won't stay here again.
