Check in staff was horrible. Our bathtub was clogged. It was a hassle to get another room. Next room the bed washard as a rock.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking after already paying a $400 deposit for a few days stay did not get deposit back because it paid for room service plus, I paid extra $69 it was not explained to me that I would out my deposit I would have paid a different way. I did not like room service overpriced for little amount of food although the pizza was really good and enough.

The front desk lady was being rude and got my room wrong and downgraded it. She said that the system had an error but i don’t think it was because of that maybe because I had looked too young or looked dumb or something but if she can’t handle customers like a regular person she shoudnt be working there

Generally good hotel. Occupancy rate seemed to be low during my stay. What I didn't like is -- they charge 20$ amenities fee per night -- which is on top of what I paid in Expedia. This was totally unexpected, so I thought it was unfair.

Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed did not have a sheet. Despite calling the front desk to request either a bed sheet or a room change, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This lack of attention to basic amenities greatly impacted my comfort during the stay. Furthermore, the next morning, when I attempted to use the iron to press my shirt, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. This added inconvenience only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

This is a fantastic hotel with a fabulous staff. The bar has excellent drinks, and the restaurant has scrumptious food. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are luxurious. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely stay again if I get to go back.

The staff at the bar and reception desk are very unfriendly. They double charged me for my room and I had to ask for refund twice. I found hair on the robe in the room which made me wonder if they wash them. Everything is super over priced. I am never coming back here.

The main floor was nice as it sits along the water and the restaurant was good. The rooms need to be upgraded and the walls are very thin so you could hear next door which made it hard to sleep at times.

We stay here often. At least every 8 weeks. Overall a good experience. The staff are good, except for one cranky woman at the front desk. She seems unhappy in her job and unwilling to offer customer service. We asked to borrow a pair of scissors to cut tags off of our baggage that was in our room. She said we would have to bring our bags down to the front desk from our room! We ended up getting a steak knife from the very nice guy at the restaurant to take up to our room and cut the tags. A very simple thing, but made difficult by an employ who doesn’t get it!

We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because of noise and someone that kept trying to open the middle adjoining door. Service at the restaurant downstairs was good. Overall, the front desk staff is very inaccurate and may mess up your reservation (Sending you to a double bed instead of a king), or put you in a bad room. Overall the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It's not even close to a star IMO.

A lot of misleading information. For one the view from my room was a rooftop of another floor. Had no microwave, no refrigerator. Not a fan of having to park for parking when I already paid a decent amount for the room.

Pleasant stay, but why the parking fee?
Enjoyed our stay. Used room service for meals. Our dinner choices were enjoyable, but breakfast didn't seem as fresh. Trays left out in the hall at night were still there in the morning. So cleanliness could be better. It was pleasant to be able to walk our dog around the area along the paved paths. Didn't feel a $20/night parking fee was necessary. There's no demand on parking in the area, as the resort is separate from the surrounding businesses and their parking.

From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind and courteous. The facility was very clean and we did not have any issues. We will definitely be booking our next stay here next time we are in the area.
