I called the reception to ask for an item and they told me that I had to go down myself to the reception to pick it because it was the only available person in the hotel. Such a big hotel and only one person for service. Incredible"

Parkering foregik under Strandpromenaden, hvor der var den længste P-kælder, vi har oplevet!
