This 2-bedroom San Felipe Vacation Rental offers 1,000 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gorgeous kitchen inspired by authentic Mexican design, and exclusive access to the community's five-star amenities. The kitchen extends into a cozy dining area with a table and seating for four — a casual space to enjoy breakfast as a family or discuss plans to explore San Felipe. This home has a living area, a quiet space with two comfortable couches.

The master suite is a sprawling bedroom with a high-end King-size bed, small sitting area, corner chair, and plenty of floor space to set up an air mattress. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and elegant vanity area with sink. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed with classic wood accents and decor, just steps from the family bathroom.

Guests staying in this San Felipe Vacation Rental can lounge by the refreshing community pool and dine at the on-site beach restaurant and bar. This home comes with 4 pool passes only. Monthly rentals available — utilities are extra (internet, electricity, propane, and water). Resort passes require an in-person pickup. Guests are encouraged to arrive from 2PM instead of the standard 3PM check-in. Passes are issued between 8AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will need to pick up passes the next day and will not have pool access on arrival day. Pool hours are 9AM to 10PM. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
