Fully renovated, the apartment is on the raised ground floor and features a beautiful terrace of about 14 m² – the ideal spot to enjoy a coffee with a lake view. “La Baia” offers a small but comfortable double bedroom with a wardrobe, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, wardrobe, and TV – both functional and cozy.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack.



For your convenience, a garage parking space (suitable for small cars) and an unassigned parking spot within the complex are included.



Just 500 meters away, you will find a nearby restaurant serving delicious local dishes and pizzas. The nearby public beach is perfect for sunny days by the water.
