This one-bedroom cottage is located steps away from the famous Pacific Beach and ideal either for small families, working travelers, couples or group of friends who wants to be treated like at home and hoping to enjoy wonderful experience of coastal vibes and beach life

The house has furnished fenced back yard with a firepit and BBQ. We have here a couple of bikes with helmets, paddle boards and boogie boards. Feel free to grab and enjoy!

Dedicated parking space is at the alley side. Can fit perfectly a car or tightly even 2 depends on the size.

As you enter our inviting home you'll find the open-concept living space features pullout sleeping sofa with Queen size mattress, 65" Smart TV, dining set for 4 and fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, full size stope and the fridge, cookware, etc.
Everything to fill like at your home's kitchen.

Restful airy bedroom is perfect for relaxation after a day by the shore. Premium quality Queen size mattress, pillows and linens for seren nights and sweet dreams. Spacious closet, window blinds, ceiling fan bring extra comfort.

Renewed full modern bathroom offers beautiful walk-in shower and all toiletries together with superb fresh towels.

The cottage has high speed Internet, high chair for babies, board games, an iron and an ironing board, extra pillows and linens for sleeping sofa.

Please, note. The backyard is shared with our second unit in the cottage.
