- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

PLEASE NOTE:
- We do not have central A/C at this home, but plenty of fans, and the ocean breeze!

▪️ Strict Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. - 9 a.m.
▪️ NO parties allowed.
▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person per night if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($200 fee and visit from our maintenance tech will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. $500 fee will apply)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.)
▪️ Guest must have valid working phone number, Any intent from a guest to establish tenancy, or overstay on the property longer than the agreed upon end date or without paying in advance is considered “criminal trespassing” and will be treated as such.
▪️ 3rd Party bookings are subject to additional fees. Please inquire before booking.
▪️ Please do not disturb the back house guests above the garage. The 2 Back parking spaces are reserved for the back guests. Please do not block their cars, as parking is tight. It is what it is. 😅
