Guest Access:
You will have access to both units on the ground floor. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
2 ocean-facing patios with 2 firepits and BBQs for your enjoyment. Up to 2 cars can park in the private carport.

This home is located in the prime, a high-density neighborhood of Central Mission Beach. This seaside town boasts 5 miles of waterfront boardwalk, lined with trendy shops and restaurants. Take one step out the door, and you will be immersed in the vibrant boardwalk atmosphere, with just a few more steps before you feel the sand beneath your feet.

Getting Around:
San Diego's public transportation system, featuring buses and trolleys, makes it easy to navigate the city's neighborhoods and attractions. For those who prefer exploring at their own pace, driving offers a great way to see the area. San Diego promotes a healthy, active lifestyle with its pedestrian-friendly zones, where biking, roller skating, and walking are popular activities.

- This home is part of a fourplex property, situated on the ground floor
- The designated roof deck remains entirely private for the second level while the ground floor patio is private for downstairs guests only.
- Units are separated by locked adjoining doors for privacy, with potential occasional noise from adjacent units.
- Central HVAC is available in both bedrooms only.
- Beach items such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys are communal and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The property includes exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices for security.
- Guests must be at least 30 years old to rent this home, with exceptions for families if not all adults are over 30.
- Located in Central Mission Beach's high-density neighborhood, the rental adheres to strict rules suitable for quieter groups. A zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy violations, parties, smoking, or pets is enforced, with the potential for eviction without refund if not complied with.

Property is in a great location - very convenient to shops and restaurants. Units are as described and very clean. Host was responsive and addressed a minor parking issues very quickly. Only request for consideration is for those traveling with elderly parents might appreciate a non-slip mat for the shower/tub. Overall, a great experience!
