The whole group will enjoy easy access to nearly everything San Diego has to offer from this centrally located 3 bedroom home.

This is a great home base from which you can explore all of San Diego. And when you return you have lots of space for the group. The outdoor area gives you room to enjoy the San Diego weather and relax outside.
The space
Indoor spaces are clean and bright. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all open to one another. From there you can look out on to the large patio and backyard. The patio and backyard are a perfect spot to gather for a meal, play a few yard games, or lounge with a book in the outdoor living room. Turn the patio table into your outdoor office, then take a break for yoga on the lawn.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage and a few closets that I use for storage (there is other closet space available though).
Other things to note
My home is close to the Snapdragon stadium as well. If you're interested you can walk to a concert or a sporting event without needing to pay for an uber or parking.
