"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with Mountain View and it was lovely to wake up to that view every morning. "We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags when we went on our various tours. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and fresh fruit. "My family and I had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely professional and took care of all our needs. During one of our events my mother in law had to go back to the hotel as she was feeling unwell and the staff took care of all her needs, this included checking in on her, getting her a heater as she was cold, giving her her own hot water heater and making sure she was okay as my wife and I were out of town for a few days on another tour. "Very friendly and service minded staff. I needed to bath my foot every day and they willingly found a bucket and brought boiling water to the room every night. The hotel is generally a bit cold. However, it did have hot water in the shower, which has not been a given at the hotels we have stayed at in Peru. The kitchen chef was also very nice and prepared freshly cut fruit for us upon her own suggestion. It is a 7-10 minute Uber ride away from the historical center, which cost 8 soles when we visited. "
