Villa 'Il Conventino' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Villa Il Conventino is a charming country house nestled in the heart of the picturesque Chianti Classico hills, just 20 km from Florence. The villa blends classic Tuscan rustic style with modern comforts, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. With about 540 square meters of space, the ground floor features two fully equipped kitchens, a dining room, a spacious living area with a fireplace for cozy winter evenings, a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a unique shower cabin. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms (one can be set up with twin beds upon prior request), each with a private bathroom; two have whirlpool tubs, two have showers. The bedrooms open onto a large lounge with a grand fireplace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the basement, you'll find an old, well-stocked wine cellar and a laundry room with washer and dryer.



Next to the villa is the Barn: an 80-square-meter apartment with a mezzanine double bed, ground floor kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a cozy sitting area with a sofa bed. The outdoor porch is furnished with a table and chairs. Amenities include ample parking, a covered terrace with stunning hill views furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing, an old wood-fired oven for baking bread and pizza, a lush fenced garden, an infinity pool with whirlpool corner, a small gym, and a gazebo for massages and fitness activities (bookable on request and available for an extra fee). The pool is open from May 1 to September 30, dates may vary depending on weather. Access is secured by two gates with remote control.
