Podere Papèra - 'Capriolo Flat' Apartment with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Overlooking the countryside, the Capriolo holiday apartment in San Casciano in Val di Pesa impresses with its fantastic view. The 40 m² property comprises a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, and air conditioning. We highly recommend using a car to get around the Chianti area, given the rural location of the property and the limited availability of public transport.

This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with pool, garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from May to September and is shared among guests. Public transport links are within walking distance. The property has 4 parking spaces. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. There is storage for motorcycles and bicycles. Guidelines are provided to help guests separate waste correctly. The 40 sqm rooms cool quickly with air conditioning; please turn it off when not in the room to save energy. Late check-in is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer available on request for an extra fee.
