VILLA SULLE COLLINE - SAN CASCIANO DEI BAGNI AREA

Villa Sulle Colline is located close to the town of San Casciano Dei Bagni and thermal baths. Close by, you can visit the nature reserves of Monte Rufeno and Parco di Monte Peglia e Selva di Meana for those who love nature; for art and history lovers, Rome, Siena and Florence are perfect for day trips. If you want to enjoy the Tuscan sea and coastal area, Marina di Grosseto is 2 hours away.

The house is typically Tuscan, with terracotta floors and wooden beams and it consists of a main house and an annex.

The main house can accommodate up to 9 people.

Ground Floor: on the right side, there is a studio with computer, phone, fax, T1 line and wireless modem. From the hallway on the right, we enter onto an open space with living room, fireplace and satellite TV. There is a separate dining room and a kitchen with fireplace, professional oven, dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, microwave etc. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hot tub and and another small studio style room with bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there is a small living room, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and hot tub and two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and hot tub.

The annex can accommodate up to 4 people and it consists of two suites with double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor with separate access. Both suites have bathrooms with shower and bath tub.

Outside, we have two patios (one next to the kitchen and the other next to the living room) with outdoor furniture. From the houses, stairs lead to the private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.5m deep) with views over the surrounding hills all in a 3000 square meters garden.

Facilities: air conditioning, underfloor heating, daily cleaning (3 hours), Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, fax and Pc with ADSL, telephone, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, bed linen, towels, garden, swimming pool, terrace, barbecue, outdoor dining, private parking.
