Amantino is housed in an old renovated farm house, located about two kilometers from the pretty village of Palazzone and a few kilometers from San Casciano dei Bagni, a historic village classified among the most beautiful in Italy and famous for the extraordinary beauty of its thermal springs. located in the extreme south of Siena and Monte Cetona. It enjoys a secluded and silent position, on a hill about 350 m above sea level that offers a wonderful view over the cultivated fields of the farm in which it is located. From the garden and swimming pool you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills of the Val di Chiana and Mount Cetona, as well as the thick patches of wood that surround the property. A short distance from the Autostrada del Sole (with the Fabro exit about 11 km away),

Interior:
The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor is an open-plan living area consisting, on one side, of the sitting room with sofas, fireplace and satellite TV and, on the other, of the kitchen with dining area and direct access out to the portico. On this floor is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and laundry corner. On the upper floor are the other bedrooms: a double (with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct outside access via a Frenchwindow, a twin with joinable beds and a double with queensize bed, both served by a bathroom with tub.

Park:
Amantino is immersed in the greenery of a large agricultural estate, among woods, arable land and olive trees. In the garden in front of the farmhouse, of about 500 square meters, there is a large lawn area in the center of which there is the swimming pool and two gazebos with table and sun loungers, while at the exit of the kitchen French door there is the porch equipped for breakfast. outdoors and an iron barbecue. The parking area is located adjacent to the main entrance.NB: It should be noted that the photo shoots are usually made in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your entry into the villa.

Pool:
The fenced-in swimming pool is located in a beautiful panoramic position next to the farmhouse from which it is about 30 meters away and can be reached by walking a few steps across the lawn. Rectangular in shape, it is 5 x 10 m wide and 1.50 m deep. The pool, which is accessed via Roman steps, is lined with PVC and sanitized with chlorine. Along the perimeter, paved in terracotta, and then throughout the surrounding lawn area, there is the sunbathing area, equipped with sun loungers and two gazebos with table, chairs, sun loungers and cold shower. It will remain available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
