"Airport shuttle pick up and drop off area not noted on booking confirmation and hotel staff were not able to supply that information due to lake of English language ability. "I usually like the hotel, but after being bitten by the Loxosceles laeta spider and the hotel's handling, I lack words for the way they react, not even help to get to the hospital/or an email, a card to ask where your situation is (this should not be the hotel's standard) even after talking to the assistance room director they just apologize... so be careful!!!"

"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

I have traveled around the world and always seem to end up in a Mariott hotel at some point during my travels - and this time it was at the Courtyard by Mariott in Santiago.

"Very good staff. Very comfortable king beds and good selection of pillows. Good location in generally safe Providencia. Originally booked 3 nights here in Santiago but had to extend for additional 5 nights due to getting very sick from a very bad gastroenteritis I caught in a restaurant first night in Santiago. Staff were nice enough to change our bed sheets often because of my sickness. Air-conditioning was very good. Strong enough for both rooms as long as you don't shut the bedroom...
