Casa Vacanza Elena is an independent villa on Lake Maggiore in Santino, set in a peaceful area ideal for families with children or groups of up to six people.

The house features a large private garden with a gas barbecue, a corner for aromatic herbs, 6 sun loungers, and garden games for children’s enjoyment.



There is ample private parking on the property for three or four cars, perfect for loading and unloading luggage. Just a few meters from the house, you will find a public charging station for electric cars.



Inside, you will find a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large playroom.

A five-minute walk brings you to the San Bernardino river, where you can swim in the clear, cool waters of the Rio Pogallo. In ten minutes by car, you can reach the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, Stresa, Baveno, Pallanza, Intra, and Cannero.
