The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.

Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.

A deposit is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.

Please note that for a minimum occupancy of 1 to 8 persons four rooms will be opened. The other rooms will only be available for a higher occupancy (one room for every two people). If you wish to have more than 4 rooms open with an occupancy of less than 8 people, please specify this in your reservation as the price applied will be the one corresponding to the number of rooms open.

A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay

The basement play room will be opened for an extra cost of 1.000€ per week, and an extra deposit of 2.000€

Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
