This villa is one of the best ones in our portfolio, newly renovated and refurbished on 2023, it has been equipped with materials of the highest quality and tastefully decorated with high standard furniture, fixtures and fittings.

It has three spacious bedrooms, one of them is on the ground floor with a great view of the garden, a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The cozy and beautiful master bedroom on the upper floor features a double bed, ample floor to ceiling windows that provide rivers of natural light and stunning views over the golf course as well as access to a small private terrace/solarium from where you can just sit back and relax, surrounded by the sea of tranquility that El Salobre Golf Resort represents.

Procvided with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave... this holiday lodging will make your stay super carefree and full of comfort. The living room on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa to relax in front of the Smart TV, and offers direct access to its garden fitted with several sun loungers and seating area.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
