Some bedrooms have windows with direct access to the pool area, so you can wake up to the best views!

Interior: Modern and open spaces, with a welcoming living room (equipped with a Smart TV) and areas designed for relaxation.

The Exterior (The jewel of the villa): Enjoy a large covered terrace with a spacious outdoor dining table and a chill-out sofa area, ideal for breakfast or relaxing at sunset.

House Rules and Notes (Strict)

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals).
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
