This is the most fully equipped apartment in the area. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, international satellite channels, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, microwave, and juice extractor, as well as an oven, dishwasher, and induction stove. The bathroom is spacious and convenient, with an easily accessible shower, mirror, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. The apartment provides bed linen and towels, along with everything you need for a very comfortable stay in San Agustín. The private fibre connection makes it ideal for remote work.

The apartment is on the ground floor within a recently renovated complex featuring a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. From the pool, you can see the sea. The apartment is just 20 meters from the shopping centre and 50 meters from the beach. Comfortable, accessible, and equipped with all necessary services, the complex also offers parking, though spaces are limited.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.
