Lone Star House - West Texas Charmer - 3 bedrooms; 4 beds; 2 bathrooms

This beautiful West Texas home with a Texas theme welcomes guests from everywhere. The Lonestar House is located in the heart of San Angelo, Tx. and close to downtown, the Concho Riverwalk, the Water Lily Gardens, ASU University, Goodfellow, Air Force, Base, shops, restaurants, and city parks. You don’t want to miss this incredible stay!

The Lonestar House has three large bedrooms: the master suite - one king-size bed; 2nd bedroom - one queen-size bed; and the 3rd bedroom - two full-size beds. It also has two full bathrooms. One bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. All bedrooms have TV's with Roku internet service installed.

There is high-speed WIFI available throughout the house. The house sits on a large double-sized corner lot. Large, long driveway . There is a large fenced backyard.

No smoking is allowed inside the house, however there is an outside designated for smoking area. There are two benches and beverage cooler at the smoking area.

Pet Policy

The Lonestar house is a pet friendly home; however, we do charge a $30.00 pet fee. Please select the $30.00 pet fee option when booking. In your booking message, please tell us a little about your pet(s) e.g. type, breed, weight etc. Bringing a pet without notifying the hosts and paying the pet fee will result in an additional fee of $100.00 per pet/per day.

Guests must agree to the following:

1. Max of two pets allowed
2. Max weight of each pet must be under 50 pounds
3. Pet(s) must be house-trained
4. No potentially aggressive breeds e.g. Pit bulls, Rottweiler, Dobermans etc.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture, especially beds
6. Guests must bring their own dog food and water bowls
7. Not required - but recommended - that dogs are crated while guests are not at home.
8. Guests agree to pick up any pet droppings in the yard and disposed
properly in the city trash can before departing.
9. Cleaning up after your pet is not included in our normal cleaning fee therefore guests agree to clean up all pet related issues - or be charged an additional pet cleaning fee
10. San Angelo has a leash law, all dogs in public must be on a leash - including our front yard.
11. Guests agree to report any pet related damage before departing
12. Guests bringing pets agree to pay for all pet related damages.
