"Everything is very well organized, which makes a really fast check-in. Convenient quite area. The owner and the staff were really helpful: organized rental scooter, taxi, luggage storage.

I booked the room via Hotels.com and the reception keeps asking if I have sent the payment slip to their FB inbox or other channel. I paid through the online site why do I have to do that?! Thought everything was clear since the check-in but on the check-out date they asked for the...

Lidt fancy sted som i min optik forsøger at gøre sig lidt mere end det reelt er. Det virker som om at skaberne har haft gode intentioner, men deres ideer ikke rigtigt holder vand i den virkelige verden i Thailand. Hotellets services og maden er dyr efter thailandske forhold. Vi havde morgenmad med i vores ophold, og den var ganske OK.

"An excellent stay at Talkoo. The hotel is right by the beach so you can choose between beach or pool easily. Breakfast was great too. The bungalows were comfortable with great details especially the use of a tree trunk to make a sink. I would happily stay again and recommend. "

Der er en fantastisk lille pool med den smukkeste udsigt over Lamai bugt. Derudover er der direkte adgang til en fin lille strand. Resortet ligger placeret, så det er nødvendigt at have sig en scooter, vil jeg mene. "

"Crystal Bay Resort was an overall okay experience. The location is really great at the beach, but it is flooded with tourist from outside making some content (LOL)
The resort is rather old and has a mixed bag of things to offer. The pool gave our kids rashes from the chemicals used I guess. No smell of chlorine so I guess they use some harsh stuff there.
The room was big and contained what they said.
The view from our room was none existing and the walk to the pool/beach was very tropical like with lots of plants. This welcomed a lot of mosquitos. Overall we were a little surprised by the very good reviews. The staff was very sweet and offered great service throughout our stay. We had an AC system break down midday, two hours later they had changed it to an entirely new AC unit, 3 people working on it. Very nice.
