In Sames, we offer this charming 160 m² house with swimming pool and fireplace for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (without a lift, but with only 5 steps), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2 : double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot with mattress, fan, iron.

A welcome kit will be provided on arrival. This kit includes the preparation of beds with sheets and towels at your disposal, as well as some basic necessities to make your arrival more comfortable, such as coffee capsules, a sponge, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets.

Outside :
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10 x 4m, secured by an electric cover and open from 1 May to 31 October (opening dates non-contractual).
- A south-facing 15 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 400 m² garden, private and fully enclosed.

The house is ideally located in Sames, in a very pleasant environment.

Activities :
- Small village at the crossroads of the tourist regions of the Pays-Basque, Béarn and Landes.
- 30 minutes from : Bayonne, Dax, Salies de Béarn (beautiful spa town).
- Approximately 1 hour from the beaches of the Basque Country and the Landes, as well as St Jean Pied de Porc and Spain or Pau.
- 1h30 from Lourdes and 2h from the Pyrenean mountains and its activities.
- Cycling information: 2 km from the house, start of the Adour towpath leading to the Anglet estuary (beaches) and passing in front of Bayonne town hall.
- Within a 7 km radius of the house: two lakes (including Lac de Sames 2km away) with beaches and water activities.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house gate. Free public parking spaces are available in the street.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Peyrehorade 10 km away (about 15 minutes by car); Bayonne and Dax TGV stations 30 and 35 km away (about 30 and 35 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Biarrtiz 45 km away (approx. 35 minutes)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- Air conditioning in bedroom 3 and in the corridor between bedroom 2 and the kitchen.

- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
