Welcome to Engadin. Cosy 3.5 room flat on the 1st floor of a quietly located apartment building. Garage space in the car park. Panoramic view of the Bernina group. Large garden with fireplace and sunbathing lawn. Spacious living room with TV, radio, CD player, large dining table with corner bench and chairs, serving hatch to kitchen, lounge table with couch and upholstered armchairs. One double and one triple bedroom (one of which is a bunk bed) with wardrobes and bedside tables. An additional toddler bed is available. Kitchen-cum-living room with table, corner bench, electric cooker, dishwasher and fridgeKitchen equipment (Kitchen1): Coffee machine, fondue, raclette. Bathroom with bath, shower and WC. Winter garden/balcony. Walking distance to the next bus stop 3 minutes, to the railway station 10 minutes. Normal water consumption, lighting and cooking electricity are included in the all-inclusive price. The tenant undertakes to keep the flat clean. Cooking utensils and crockery must be left clean for the next tenant. Internet access is free of charge. Care must be taken of the furniture and other furnishings. The technical equipment must not be tampered with. Damage must be reported to the caretaker immediately. The landlord must be compensated appropriately. Missing inventory items will be charged in full to the tenant. If there is a risk of frost, the radiators must not be set to zero. The landlord accepts no liability for the effects and objects brought in by the tenant. The holiday flat may be occupied by a maximum of five persons. Subletting is not permitted. The tenant undertakes to comply with the house rules.

Children are particularly welcome. The flat has a cot with mattress, a child seat (can be screwed to the table), a children's bathtub, a children's toilet seat, a nappy-changing cushion and a playpen. There is a meadow in front of the house where children can play.

Winter: In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz ski areas invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run

Summer and autumn: the high valley of the Engadin is a true paradise for hikers. The contrasts that characterise this region cast a spell over everyone. The sun-kissed Engadin offers families a very special mountain summer, with plenty to discover and experience. Magical light in the wild yet idyllic high valley, inspiring expanses and a programme rich in contrasts, for pleasure bikers, sports enthusiasts and explorers, there is something to suit every biker. /Other sports and leisure activities: Hiking. On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

Samedan is not only the district capital, but also the hub of the Rhaetian Railway and home to a small international airport, the highest in Europe. Despite its economic importance, Samedan has retained its Engadine way of life: in the village centre, traditional rows of houses with sgraffiti make for picture postcard subjects. For those interested in culture, the village has exciting highlights in store, above all the renovated cultural tower "La Tuor" and the traditional "Planta House" with its residential museum, cultural archive and Romansh library. Guests can relax and unwind high above the rooftops of Samedan in the mineral baths built on four levels. On the local mountain, Muottas Muragl, you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the Engadin and its lake landscape.
In summer, the La Senda nature trail above Samedan and the water trail at the bottom of the valley are a must for those with a thirst for knowledge and an adventure for children. Modern trails get bikers going, while the 18-hole golf course just outside Samedan makes golfers' hearts beat faster. In winter, the Survih ski area with children's ski school, the cross-country skiing centre and a fast-paced toboggan run attract visitors.

Suot Rovens appartment

The Apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Charming alpine feel with plenty of space for relaxing and dining. We ate on the big table in the sunroom.It was better than a balcony as warmer and it had fantastic views to the mountains. Samedan village is quiet and typical Engadine style. Both coop supemarket and train station15min walk away.
