"It was easy to find the shuttle service at HKIA (just follow the signs). We took the last shuttle service due to our late arrival into HK. The bus driver pointed for us to load our own luggage into the shuttle which was a bit disappointing. Check in was smooth and quick. Internet is just general hotel wifi with no room specific pasword, so anyone can log on. Buffet breakfast was great! Our family enjoyed the variety. Overall a convenient place to check into if needing a place near the airport."

"Super corteus hotel staff. Nice and easy check-out. We didn’t have go the counter, just take our stuff and leave - hassle free. We even got to keep our Disney room key cards. We were quite disappointed that the pool was empty, no water. No one had told us that beforehand. The kids had looked forward to that."

Location looks very near to Disneyland but in fact there is no direct road between the two, so it takes approximately 20-30 minutes. The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland at 9am and 10am. It also runs in the evening but before the park closes and before the fireworks at 9pm."

"Stayed for 5 nights. Frontdesk service poor, she spend an hour checking us in. We had booked 2 rooms, and she did not know what she was doing. We had asked for rooms next to each other, and where told, that they could do that, but when we got our rooms, the where not next to each other. We where there during the typhoon on july 20 th of this year. There was no comunication to us, of what to do, or where we might go to get water or something to eat. Everything else was closed due to safety reasons, we get that, but as hotel with a lot of guests, you might let them know you are there to help, or/and answer their questions. There was no service provided of any kind during the typhoon. We where left to ourselves."

Now my room was a great disappointment, it was so laud being just behind the elevator sharft at the top Floor. Almost imposaible to Sleep and work up really early. Left the hotel being very tired. "
