"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. The tent itself was very dusty. The evening cultural program was nice. The ambience was decent. And as I said some of the staff was trying to be helpful within the limits...

"We had an amazing time at the camp. Food was great, the accommodations were clean, cozy, and comfortable. The entertainment provided by local group of singers and dancers was well done. We also took part in the camel ride activity and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. I wish I could upload pictures of Badshah, our camel and Kamal his driver. "

"Amazing stay at this property, fantastic service, clean rooms and good food which will be more like homemade food ( which we liked) and not like a restaurant style. Breakfast and dinner can be included in your stay which I recommend as this property is located a bit remote around 45 minutes from Jaisalmer. The campsite and resort are perfect but avoid booking activities from them as they are extremely pricey and won’t be able to meet their commitments for activity times. To give an idea, they...

"Arrived after a long trip to a room that was not cleaned. Toilet was filthy. I was quickly ushered to another roomwhich haleaking toilet & bathwater was standing. Heater did not work as power went out in the night. No hot water in the morning due to power outages. Good was the music entertainment & food was nice "
