First, I found the parking system to be poorly managed. While there is a parking garage and a limited number of spaces at street level, I observed that many cars parked at street level could have easily fit into the parking garage. This would have allowed taller vehicles, which cannot enter the garage, to park at street level. It was particularly frustrating when I was directed to a parking garage at the opposite end of town, despite informming you that my car was too tall to park there. This lack of guidance and communication about parking options led to unnecessary confusion.
Secondly, I noticed an issue with the coordination between the cleaning staff and the front desk. We had 3 rooms and housekeeping knocked on doors well before the official check-out time, which I found disruptive. It seems there may be a breakdown in communication between the front desk and the cleaning staff regarding room availability. A more collaborative approach could easily resolve this issue, ensuring guests are not disturbed prematurely.
