"The location was perfect for our itinerary. Bathroom area was very small. There was no toaster of all things to heat a bagel or toast in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We could not get any standard TV channels on the TV's. But we really did not use the TV's much. Not sure I would recommend for what we paid over the weekend. But maybe that is the going rate for that area."

About 10 miles from Franfort, it is perfect for couples going to Bourbon on the Banks and elsewhere. The owners were very responsive to questions about the property. The six of us had a great time. "Great property in a great little town. The property itself had 4 large bedrooms with king beds extra pillows, extra towels and even complementary toothbrushes (which you never see). Property is fairly new with new appliances and smart TVs and was great for a couple days with lifelong buddies doing the bourbon trail. "This was a great place to stay to enjoy Lexington, KY area. My husband and I wanted to experience Bourbon trail and local horse farms and were in an easy commute to all of those things.
