High-end pool villa on 2 levels with sea view

This villa is an absolute highlight! Called "Villa Solea", it has just been added to our collection and is now available at a special introductory price for your bookings. This brand-new, high-end villa combining traditional architectural elements of Salento and contemporary Italian design has been completely renovated until May 2026, offering premium comfort and fantastic sea and sunset views over the Salento coast. Settled on a very large 10,000 square meter property, the estate is fully isolated and provides complete privacy, making it an ideal choice for families or guests who wish to play music or relax in the evenings without disruption. The villa comfortably hosts up to 8 guests and is positioned just 2-3 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of Torre Pali, including the scenic beach of Isola della Fanciulla.

The internal layout of the villa spans approximately 200 square meters distributed over two distinct levels connected by internal stairs, which can also utilize separate entrances if needed for full independence. The property features 4 private bedrooms, each beautifully appointed with a double bed, and 4 en-suite bathrooms with showers, alongside one separate WC. Bedroom 1 is located facing the pool area and offers nice sea views, while bedroom 2 sits near the entrance side. Descending the stairs, you will find bedroom 3 to the left and bedroom 4 to the right; they share an outdoor terrace. The living space features an open-plan layout integrating a 55-inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Culinary enthusiasts will find a comprehensive setup including an induction stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine. For ultimate comfort, the entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, insect screens, a hairdryer, a private washing machine and free unlimited WiFi.

The expansive outdoor grounds feature a very large garden and a private, approx. 4x10-meter inground swimming pool as the central focal point. You can relax on the provided sun loungers or enjoy al fresco meals utilizing the outdoor dining table, chairs and charcoal barbecue, while admiring the Ionian sea in the background. Ample private open-air parking is available directly on the premises.

The surrounding area offers quick access to the best attractions of Salve and Torre Pali. You are just 2.5 km away from the nearest sandy shores at Torre Pali and Lido Tropical, while the Maldive del Salento beach is a short 7 km drive from the gates. Many excellent local dining options are located within 5 km, including Ristorante Stella del Mare and Ristorante Li Pali at approx 2 km. For everyday essentials and grocery shopping, a little supermarket is located at 1.5 km from the villa.





🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 06/06/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

CI after 9pm is €50, after midnight €100.

- We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

- Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

- Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

- In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

- Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

- Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.

- This property is managed by our local partner in Torre Pali, who will be available for you during your stay.
