• Working Farm. Mountain Acres Retreat is a working farm, and guests may see regular daily farm activity during their stay. If you are traveling with a service animal, please be aware that the farm animals may react protectively toward unfamiliar animals out of natural instinct.
• Mountain Acres Retreat is an active homestead with sheep, guardian dogs, and beehives. If your traveling with a service animal, you must sign a service animal safety waiver, as guardian dogs are trained to protect sheep and may attack unfamiliar animals perceived as threats. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.
• We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
