Easy Breezy is brand new to the rental market, and newly redecorated with a comfortable beachy vibe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and views of the ocean with your own private patio. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on top and full size bed on the bottom. The living room also has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. (Unit can sleep up to 8 people). Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has granite counters, stove, built-in microwave, fridge, and a washer and dryer. There is a nice size pantry to store all your fun vacation snacks. There are 4 chairs at the dining table, and a bench to easily seat 6 people. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter for more seating. Kitchen is well-stocked for all your vacation meal prep, and the unit feels spacious and inviting.
Amenities Galore! 3 oceanfront outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, and an outdoor hot tub. There is plenty of room for sunbathing, and relaxing after a dip in the pool. Ginger's Cafe is a poolside eatery, so no one will go hungry while at the pool. There are 3 private beach accesses in the complex for guests to get to the ocean. There are 2 lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, and a grilling and picnic area. There is also an indoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub, a sauna, a professionally equipped exercise room, and 2 racquetball courts-all located in the Sports Complex on site. One indoor court houses air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. There is also a snack bar, game room, and beach store where you can play pool and play a video game or two.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this unit.
Linens and bath towels are included with this rental. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager for this info after booking so you can get them reserved now.
POOLS: Outside pools open up the Thursday before Easter, and close Mid-November-weather permitting!
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am. Sunday to Sunday during prime summer season!
All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, ONLY IF GUESTS REPORT the DAMAGES BEFORE CHECK OUT to the PROPERTY MANAGER.
