"Arrived late night for a two-day stay. Neighbor room had large argument, a call to front desk didn’t solve it Front desk staff called us down just after 11am to re-check in. Apparently instructions from night shift was wrong; but I got an attitude and rolling eyes from front desk person As we had booked room with kitchen, we were disappointed to find absolutely no pots, pans, utensils…nothing. "The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite was huge! We enjoyed the space, cleanliness and amenities. Quick 10 minute drive into Park City. The hot tub was perfect and our shuttle driver was wonderful. Construction outside was a negative, but didn’t hinder our stay at all. "

"Our stay was amazing! We had actually booked at a different hotel that was disappointing and worrisome. We booked last minute at this Holiday Inn Express, and it was fabulous! The staff was so wonderful and went out of their way to make us more comfortable. Everyone was very friendly, engaging, and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great! We will definitely stay here again, and other Holiday Inn Express locations."
