OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Quiet Hours Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
No Smoking Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.
Parking We do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide.
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Pet Fee per Pet: 1-4 Nights: 25$/day 5-29 Nights: 200$ 30+ Nights: 300$
Restock We offer a complimentary starter kit for your convenience, which includes basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent pods, dish detergent pods, and soap/shampoo/conditioner.
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
Lost or unreturned fobs & wristbands: $200 each for key fob & parking tag.
No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.
Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at a fee of $20/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.
Please kindly note that your check-out should be completed on time. It is crucial to vacate the premises by the specified time to avoid any inconvenience and additional charges as per our house rules. An unauthorised late check-out will cost $75/hour.
