This is a 2 unit house. This listing is unit 2, the owners live in unit 1. They are completely separate from each other and have different entrances.
-Ski's are not included with the rental
Rules:
1. Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside or outside anywhere in the neighborhood, this area has a very high fire risk.
2. NO PETS allowed of any kind
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm-9am, please be mindful of noise for the owners living upstairs.
4. Guest limit is 6 guests, and no parties are allowed.
5. Do not tamper with or remove any smoke alarms
6. Must be 21 to book
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
