UHC LARIMAR SUPERIOR – Central Location with Parking Option

The UHC LARIMAR complex is located in the centre of Salou, a 5-minute walk from the beach. It has a large communal swimming pool with a hot tub area, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, garden, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts and a children's playground.



We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together. Some small basic features or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation, but all have the same main features such as modern furniture. Special requests such as a specific apartment, view or floor are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request this when making your booking.



LAYOUT:

These apartments for 5 people have everything to meet all your needs during your stay. They are distributed as follows:

- Spacious terrace

- Living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. There is a double sofa bed.

- Double bedroom with double bed.

- Children's bedroom with two single beds.

- Well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and crockery.

- Full bathroom (with bath or shower).



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Optional parking with supplement and subject to availability. We recommend booking it in advance. During peak season it is difficult to find a space.

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Free WiFi in the communal area. This service is provided by the complex owners' administration and UHC will not be responsible for limitations or outages.

- Seasonal outdoor pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
