Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

A two-minute walk away is Carles Buigas street, one of the main commercial arteries of the capital of the Costa Dorada, where you can find shops, restaurants and venues to fully enjoy the hustle and bustle and nightlife of Salou. It is also close to La Masía Catalana de Salou (a complex of buildings built in 1974 and refurbished in 2011). The farmhouse was initially conceived as a monumental nativity scene where you could contemplate different characteristic elements of the rural setting of Catalan life. In the last refurbishment, an area with different children's play areas and landscaped zones has been included, and some of the existing buildings have been rehabilitated.
