Located between the forest, the ocean, and the Arcachon Bay, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, La Bastide de Salles welcomes you to its enclosed, wooded grounds of 5,000 m², at the end of which a small stream, "La Planquette," flows into the Eyre River, 1 km away, a local river where canoeing and kayaking are king. The cottage is a detached house with a covered terrace, close to the owner's home (not overlooked), who will be delighted to share his passion for landscape gardening. The owners' 5x12-meter swimming pool is available to you free of charge from May to mid-October, with a depth of 1 m to 2.10 m, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. This pool is covered by a pool enclosure that acts as an anti-UV protection, allowing for less chlorination and maintaining an ideal temperature from May to September. The shelter can be opened on the shutter and upon request. Located along the Bazas-Arcachon cycle path, a few meters from the village, the house consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Electric inertia heating is available. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are available for rental, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
