"It was clean and comfortable. We sat out on the deck for a while, which was private and quiet. It’s a great location. We walked to the Wesley Rose at the Chateau for dinner. I would stay there again."

"We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more."

"Tiny house but had what you needed. Nice grill and fire pit. Owner was friendly and checked to make sure we had what we needed. "

"This was a one-of-a-kind experience and I wish we could have stayed longer! What Chris is doing with his property in Poncha Pass is incredible and must be seen to be believed. We never expected the yurts to be so luxurious and fun but it was way more special and memorable than staying in a hotel! The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom amenities were excellent and we were comfortable both in the day and night. The pictures and description really don't do this place justice and we're really happy...

"Wonderful location by the river. The kitchen was well equiped. It was great having the hot tub to warm up in after being in the river. Two nice patios - one looking directly into the river. I would recommended for a lg. group"

"Super responsive host and property manager who answered all my questions and responded to my requests almost immediately. Cozy place in a great location for our purposes. "

"Loved the house. Great little cabin with excellent bones, spaces, and furnishings. Care was given when they designed and built the cabin and it shows. It's not far from the highway, but it's tucked back in its own valley and felt secluded, safe, and authentic. The bed situation was a little unusual for our particular group, but we made it work. We will be back."
