"Myself and my two elementary-aged kids stayed here during the summer and really enjoyed it. It was very convenient to both walk downtown and drive 15 min up cottonwood canyon to hike along the CO Trail. It felt bigger than the pictures and provided plenty of space for us. "Our family (spouse, adult children & grandchildren) spent 2 nights here. Great location and layout of the home. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Just be aware that the listing clearly states there is no air conditioning. It cooled enough at night with the windows open, but some of the windows do not have screens and none of the windows on the back bedroom/sun porch open."

"This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year!"
