"Il personale è svogliato e appare arrogante. Tutto deve essere impeccabile, soprattutto nella zona colazione, dove per due giorni sono stato quasi travolto dal personale, che non sembra minimamente preoccupato della presenza degli ospiti. Nonostante ciò, sono efficienti, anche se l'esperienza non è stata piacevole."

"The hotel is very central in perfect location even for parking on the street. THe personnel are very service minded compared to other Italian hotels, both in reception and in the breakfast room that had plenty of kind staff keeping it filled and clean. The breakfast is really something! It has hot and cold healthy food as well as fresh delicious fruit, the best I had in my travel in Italy. I moved from a single room based behind the escalator as it was noisy in the night, also was waked by cleaners trowing glass out just outside the window in the stairs, just a small mistake. The new room was perfect and service excellent."

"We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of large and comfortable sunbeds, and it quickly became our favourite spot during the stay. The food was good, and the lounge area by the bar was perfect for a relaxed lunch, getting some work done, or enjoying an Aperol. What truly made the experience special was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Francesco, who was always cheerful, professional, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. His warm hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return."
