KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Manchester. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher & washer/dryer.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS: There are 2 bathrooms on the property. One is an ensuite and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk in shower, and the family bathroom features jack & jill door to bedroom 2 along with a toilet, sink, bath with overhead shower.
PARKING:
There is no free parking available. However, Greengate 24-hour car park is just a 1-minute walk away, with payment options either by phone or at the machine.
GYM: This apartment features an on-site gym which can be used during your stay.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £85 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
