The kitchen itself is finished to a high standard, with mood lighting beneath the cabinets and a breakfast bar that makes even a quick breakfast feel like something more considered.

    Both bedrooms have been styled to feel genuinely restful. Crisp hotel-style bedding, soft tufted headboards, layered cushions, and warm ambient lighting make the sleeping spaces a genuine retreat rather than an afterthought.     The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Cooking basics, all dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and a toaster are all provided. Under-cabinet mood lighting and a breakfast bar add a boutique feel to the space. The dining table seats four comfortably, with velvet chairs and cobalt tableware completing the look.

    Bedroom 1
    King-size bed with a private en-suite shower room. The en-suite features floor-to-ceiling tiling and a rainfall-style shower. Hotel-quality bedding, a soft tufted headboard, layered cushions, and warm ambient lighting make this bedroom a calm and comfortable retreat.

    Mega12 sits in Salford, in one of Greater Manchester`s most dynamic and well-connected waterfront neighbourhoods. Salford Quays is lined with restaurants, bars, and independent cafes along the water`s edge, with a lively atmosphere that has made it one of the region`s most popular destinations for visitors and locals alike.

    Within the immediate area, guests will find The Lowry – an award-winning arts centre offering theatre, galleries, and exhibitions – and the Imperial War Museum North, one of the UK`s most architecturally striking museums, which is free to enter. MediaCityUK, home to BBC and ITV studios, is just around the corner and regularly hosts public events, outdoor screenings, and the Quayside MediaCityUK outlet shopping centre, where guests can find up to 70 percent off high street prices. Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, is a short drive away, and Manchester city centre`s restaurants, bars, and major shopping are all easily accessible.

    The area is well served by the Metrolink tram network, with Harbour City, Broadway, and Exchange Quay stops all within the surrounding area, making it straightforward to get around without a car. That said, one free on-site parking space is included for guests arriving by vehicle.

    • Salford Quays and The Lowry – approximately 15 minutes on foot
    • MediaCityUK (BBC and ITV studios) – approximately 20 minutes on foot, or 5 minutes by car
    • Manchester city centre (St Peter`s Square) – approximately 10 minutes by car, or 25 minutes by bus (route 50 from Salford Quays area, every 10–15 minutes)
    • Old Trafford (Manchester United) – approximately 15 minutes by car, or 20 minutes via Metrolink (tram to Wharfside or Old Trafford stop, then a short walk)
    • Manchester Airport – approximately 25 minutes by car via the M602

    Prior to arrival, guests will receive a short pre-arrival questionnaire. This will ask for a brief reason for your stay so the team can best prepare for your arrival, and whether you will be bringing a car. This helps ensure everything is ready for you on the day.

    Early check-in and late check-out are available as optional add-ons, subject to availability. Please request these in advance of your stay to confirm.

    • Early check-in (before 15:00) – £25
    • Late check-out (after 11:00) – £25


    BOOKING POLICY

    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
    - A £100 security deposit is required via a secure third‑party platform 2 days before arrival.
    - The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after checkout.
    Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.



    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
